1. Who we are

AI Humaniser is developed by Appvior. For privacy questions, email appvior2@gmail.com.

2. Information we collect

• Account information — email address when you create an account with email/password, and identifiers provided by Sign in with Apple (such as a name or relay email when Apple shares them).
• Content you submit — text you paste for detection, humanizing, or summarizing.
• Usage data — feature usage such as free-run counts, preferred tone, streaks, and local history.
• Analytics — anonymized app events (for example humanize, detect, paywall, and rating prompts) via Firebase Analytics to understand product usage.
• Cloud sync data — when sync is enabled, history, profile preferences, and usage stats stored in our backend under your account.
• Purchase data — subscription status via Apple, Google Play, and RevenueCat (we do not store full payment card details).
• Device / diagnostics — crash and performance signals when provided by the OS or diagnostics tooling; app version checks via Firebase Remote Config for required updates.

3. How we use information

• Provide detection, rewriting, summarizing, history, stats, and account features.
• Authenticate you and keep your session secure.
• Enforce free-run limits and Pro entitlements.
• Sync optional cloud history and preferences when you enable cloud sync while signed in.
• Improve reliability, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests.
• Measure feature usage and improve the product with aggregated analytics.
• Enforce minimum supported app versions when a critical update is required.

4. Text processing

Text you submit for humanize, detect, or summarize is sent to our backend so we can return your result. Do not submit sensitive personal data you are not comfortable processing through our service.

5. Sharing

We share data only with processors needed to run the product, including:

• Cloud backend, database, and authentication (Supabase)
• Apple App Store / Google Play / RevenueCat for subscriptions
• Firebase for analytics, remote configuration, and hosting for this website

We do not sell your personal information.

6. Retention

Local history and preferences remain on your device until you clear them, delete your account, or uninstall the app. Cloud-synced records are retained while your account remains active and are deleted when you delete your account in the app (or sooner if you ask us to remove specific data).

7. Your choices

• Use limited local features without cloud sync when offline/local mode is available.
• Turn cloud sync on or off in Settings.
• Clear local history from the app.
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple or Google account settings (or via Manage subscription in the app).
• Delete your account in the app (Settings → Delete account). This removes your account and associated cloud data. You may also email appvior2@gmail.com for access or deletion help.

8. Children

AI Humaniser is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date on this page.
