Terms of Use — AI Humaniser

1. The service

AI Humaniser provides AI-likelihood scoring, rewriting (“humanize”), summarizing, templates, history, and related tools to help drafts sound more natural. Features may change as we improve the product. Scores and rewrites are estimates — not guarantees about any third-party review process.

2. Accounts & eligibility

You may create an account with email/password or Sign in with Apple. You must be able to enter a binding agreement under applicable law. You are responsible for activity on your account, device, and store account. You can delete your account in the app (Settings → Delete account).

3. Acceptable use

Do not use AI Humaniser for illegal, harmful, or deceptive activity.
Do not use the app to misrepresent authorship where doing so violates school, employer, or platform rules.
Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse rate limits / free tiers.
Do not submit content you do not have rights to process.
You remain responsible for how you use rewritten output.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Paid AI Humaniser Pro access is offered as an auto-renewable subscription billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and managed with RevenueCat. Prices shown in-app come from the store and may vary by region. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel in your store account settings or via Manage subscription in the app. Free runs are limited; consuming a run before a failed network request may be refunded by the app.

5. AI output disclaimer

Detection scores and rewrites are probabilistic estimates, not guarantees that content will pass any third-party detector or academic/professional review. Always review output before use.

6. Intellectual property

The AI Humaniser app, branding, and software are owned by Appvior. You retain rights to content you submit and to outputs generated from your inputs, subject to these terms.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

AI Humaniser is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Appvior is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the app.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or abuse the service. You may stop using the app at any time, delete your account in the app, and cancel subscriptions via your store account. Deleting your AI Humaniser account does not automatically cancel an active store subscription.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
